Luxury, tri-level townhouse in upscale Mariners Club Resort...a welcoming, tranquil community designed with skill and integrity to promote a refined lifestyle while respecting nature’s elements on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. This unique townhouse boasts marble floors, granite counters and rich wood cabinetry which set the backdrop for comfortable, island furnishings. Master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor, has a king bed, TV, a comfortable reading nook and a distinctive ensuite with sunken Jacuzzi tub and separate glass shower. A guest bedroom also resides on the 3rd floor and features a queen bed, TV and ensuite. The main living level is on the second floor, a spacious cooks kitchen, dining table with seating for 8 and open floor plan to living room. A guest bedroom with two x-long twin beds, TV and a third full bathroom are also on this level. The ground floor has a complete one-bedroom with king bed, one-bath apartment with a kitchenette and the convenience of a microwave, small refrigerator, bar sink and sleeper sofa in sitting area. TV's in all bedrooms and both living rooms as well as FREE WiFi throughout. NOTE: 4-7 day stay requirement varies by time of year. No arrivals on Christmas day.
