This lovely two story, second floor condo is located at the north end of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to Ocean Point Grill and Golf Course, and pool; this two bedroom, two and a half bath home comfortably accommodates 6 people. From the deluxe custom kitchen cabinets, elegant granite counter tops, new flooring, appliances and furniture,to the colorful electric fireplace, and 55" Smart TV with DVD player in the living room, you will certainly enjoy your stay here. The master bedroom with a king size bed includes a 40" TV and a walk in shower with a rain head, hand held wand, and a bench. The guest room has a queen size bed, along with a set of bunk beds with an attached full bathroom. WiFi and Cable TV provided. The Village of Newhaven is a quaint oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. Just steps away from pool, golf course and beautiful beach at low tide. The complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a grilling area. Included with your rental are up to 6 guest cards, with a value of up to dollar 300. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more.
