We are located in one of the most desirable locations in the city, with short walks to Austin's acclaimed outdoor activities and nightlife. West 6th Street's hip bars and eateries are all around! Walk next door to Z-Tejas for happy hour margaritas. You'll find farm-to-table fare at 24 Diner and upscale seafood at Clark's Oyster Bar a little more than a block away. Make a night (or more) of strolling the street and exploring Austin's hippest locales. For your daily dose of music, walk a block to Waterloo Records, known for its in-store performances and unbeatable collection of albums from local artists. On your way home, stop into Amy's Ice Creams for a cone of their world-famous Mexican Vanilla. Don't miss an opportunity to hike and bike around Lady Bird Lake, two-and-a-half miles away. Rent a stand-up paddleboard or kayak to explore by water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
