If you are looking to party, play loud music, get drunk and rowdy, or talk loudly outside after dark, this house is not for you. The neighbors are very sensitive to noise and will call in complaints and cops will show up. Unit #1 on the property is occupied by the family our superintendent- handyman. They will stay out of your way unless you need help with anything. Your group must be 21+ over to book this place. This is a city-wide rule. We absolutely don't host prom groups.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds which share the full bathroom in the hallway. Then there is the master suite and includes a queen bed, a sofa bed, and a private full bathroom.
