We are Wasatch Vacation Homes (dot com). We are a small, family-run business and we take pride in our guests comfort and satisfaction. We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay is not exactly as you want it, we are available 24 hours a day and we live nearby.

This massive home has it all: spacious, stylish, modern, quiet, and very reasonably priced!  We have added all of the amenities that guests are looking for; from the hot tub to the 3 entertainment rooms, there will be plenty of things to help you feel right at home while you are here. The home has a very modern open floorplan and décor.  There are three large TV rooms with several complimentary streaming channels. The dining area seats 16 people and there are several card tables to expand the dining seating even more. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you will need. There is a 3-car garage, along with plenty of space for 4 more cars in the driveway.  The private back yard is fully-fenced and has a deck and a large hot tub. We provide one travel crib (pack n play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating twin bed kit, on request free of charge. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost extra. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge. Please request these additional items ahead of time in order to guarantee their availability, as any last-minute requests are not guaranteed. There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops. This is a full-time vacation rental - it is not cluttered with an owners personal items since nobody lives here. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee that covers the cleaning that occurs after you check out. NO CATS ALLOWED.
