Pool + Spa Heater Charges and Information:
* The pool faces West and overlooks a golf course.
Pool is 12x20 with 6 ft round spa.
Pool+Spa heat is an additional cost.
The Spa will not heat up without pool heat being paid for.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage:
* Two cars can park in the garage.
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or there is a charge to replace it.
