Antique Charm is located in an active Neighborhood Watch area, so it's safe and therefore, absolutely no parties or pets are allowed. Additionally, Antique Charm is completely tobacco and vape-free. Thank you for your respect in this matter. Please note this is an historical home and there are no bathrooms on the main floor; they are upstairs and in the finished basement. In the unlikely event of an emergency, the finished basement is a safe shelter and the fire department is literally 1 block away at the top of the hill. In partnership with the neighborhood, they operate on a "no siren rule" for your peace and quiet.
