A Pelicans Perch With everything you need for a great coastal retreat with family and friends, A Pelicans Perch may become your regular landing spot for time at the beach. With large living areas on two floors, it’s easy to split the house with friends, provide privacy for family members who prefer some quiet or give the kids their own space. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a full bed, a hallway bath and a family room with a gas fireplace, a beautiful piano for your enjoyment, TV/DVD, plenty of seating. A fenced yard means the kids can play outside, too. Upstairs, in addition to two more bedrooms with queen beds, the ocean-view great room includes comfy leather sofas, corner windows for lots of Pacific light, a dining table and extra seating at a kitchen bar. With its tile floors and galley layout, the kitchen is beautifully equipped for eating in. An outdoor deck has a clear screen around the hot tub for soaking in all kinds of weather. Your central Lincoln City location in the Oceanlake District puts you a block from a beach access and an easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops, a bookstore and an old-fashioned movie theater, The Bijou
