A Place Apart is a two-level three bedroom home with sleeping for nine guests. The entry way opens into a den with tongue and groove vaulted ceilings and a multi-cade arcade game that kids will be sure to enjoy hanging out in. The den also services as an additional sleeping space with the queen sleeper sofa. Through the den, guests will find the living room with comfortable reclining furniture and a rock gas fireplace where guests can relax after a day of skiing. The pictures windows let in natural light and showcase the long range mountain views off the partially covered back deck. The gas grill and outdoor seating make it a comfortable setting to take in the fresh mountain air. The open plan kitchen has clear sight lines through to the dining area and living room, making it an ideal setup for entertaining. Guests will also enjoy relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring the high country. The fenced in yard has additional outdoor seating, and a fire pit, perfect for making s'mores on a warm summer night. Play a game of ping-pong or darts in the game area in the garage.
The second level houses the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and private balcony with seating for two. Wake up with your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. There is also a large walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a step-in shower. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. The bunk room has sleeping for five at the twin-over-full bunk bed, while the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a workspace in the loft, ideal for guests who are working remotely.
Additional amenities include Wifi, a half-bath on the main level, central heating and AC on the main level, and mini-splits in each bedroom, and a washer and dryer. The driveway is paved, and has parking for three cars. The garage is available for parking as well. The home is accessed via one-step, and has a covered entry way for easy loading and unloading.
