Property info

This is truly a peaceful and tranquil escape. This property will not disappoint if you’re looking for a cozy place to relax, reconnect, rejuvenate, and restore! The home is nestled on 14 acres and is surrounded by big pine trees and small creeks. Its located 10 miles outside the city limits of Nacogdoches, 6 miles from Lake Sam Rayburn. This area is completely off the beaten path and offers pure serenity. Boat and ATV parking is available onsite. Come and enjoy relaxing and hanging out with family and friends on a big cozy front porch.

Nacogdoches is the 1st Town of Texas! Is a great little town filled with warmth and friendliness. Stephen F. Austin University is only 10 miles away. Nacogdoches offers a variety of events to enjoy. We have community theater, many wonderful houses of worship that adds a richness to the area, great restaurants, beautiful creeks, tall pines, azalea gardens, arboretum, walking trails, a quaint downtown with lovely brick streets, sculptures, boutiques, antique shops, farmers market and a water park for the little ones! One of our favorite things to do is head to Lake Sam Rayburn. It is the largest man-made lake in Texas (114,000 Acres). Lake Sam Rayburn is nationally renowned for its largemouth bass fishing tournaments each year. Lake recreations include camping, fishing, swimming, boating and nearby marinas. The property offers plenty of parking for cars, your boat and utility vehicles. Because this is a rural area, personal transportation to travel in and around town is highly recommended.
