Located 2 blocks from the State Capitol Building and a 5 minute walk to Kansas Avenue, the main downtown street with many shopping and dining options, this apartment is roomy and comfortable. With one queen bed and a queen airbed available upon request, up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in this unit. The unit has been fully renovated and is part of an 18 unit building which was built in 1904. Modern features and amenities have been added to the apartment, the building, and the grounds.
Please see the guest handbook on the desk for contact info if you have questions or maintenance issues during your stay.
The property is located in downtown Topeka, 2 blocks from the state capitol building, 5 minute walk from Kansas Avenue, the main downtown corridor with shopping, dining, and entertainment.
