Apartment access & private off street parking from the rear alley. This studio includes full bathroom with tub/shower, kitchenette, queen bed, 2 chairs & a large SmartTV Stocked Kitchenette includes mini a fridge, sink, microwave, & supplies for coffee/tea. ***STAIRS REQUIRED***
