NEW CONSTRUCTION for 2023- Down to studs up. This new 2 bedroom modern contemporary is the perfect ocean block unit. Close to the beach the sand and the warm sun. More updated pics to come. 1st floor unit has access to the full backyard. 2nd floor has access to rooftop. Great location - near restaurants, ice cream and miniature golf so you can enjoy the island and your wonderful vacation. Just a short drive to the heart of Beach Haven, Fantasy Island, and Bay Village and the park for the Weds night concerts. Don t miss the chance to frolic on the beach, in the waves and bake under the hot sun. 6 beach badges provided but not guaranteed. Access to unit is through the backyard. Owners will provide pillows and top blankets. Tenants must provide linens and towels. Entrance through backyard.
