We chose this neighborhood for several reasons... it is safe and quiet. It is only a 5 minute drive to the beach as well as famed Atlantic Avenue in Delray where you can enjoy countless amazing restaurants, outdoor events and shopping. We also love the layout of the house. It's great for spending time together with it's large kitchen island and open floor plan. The backyard is a tropical oasis.
