Located just one block away from the beach, the Clubhouse is made up of four fully furnished apartments with utilities included. There are two 1 bed 1 bath apartments located on the bottom floor and upstairs is another 1 bed 1 bath and a 2 bed 1 bath with a large private deck. Each unit has all the essentials you'll need for months away from home. The apartments feature open kitchens with full-sized appliances, ample closet space, and fast wifi. The walk-in showers are large enough for easy accessibility. The couches transform into memory foam twin beds for kids or extra guests.
In the communal backyard, you will find a large outdoor shower with two shower heads and a soaking tub. There is a BBQ, communal table, and shaded board rack in the backyard. The building features a mural by Artist Velia Di Iuliis.
With over 50 trees planted around the property, you can pick fresh papaya, banana, coconut, and passionfruit throughout the property. There is a free shared washer/dryer in the garage and one parking spot per unit. One block away is the bike path that connects to Haleiwa Town, and Kaena Point.
For the last decade, I’ve been living and working in different countries and cities. I’ve had the chance to travel all over the world and explore different cultures. I love to keep my lifestyle flexible and have the opportunity to take off rock climbing in the Sierras or go on a last minute surf trip to my favorite place, Hawaii!!
Aweoweo Beach: A family-friendly and safe neighborhood. It's only a 2-minute/one-block walk to the beach! Aweoweo Beach is always protected from large swells due to an outer reef barrier and has families, turtles, and fish chilling out in the calm water. Early in the morning, you'll see Spearfisherman wading through the shallow water and poles cast from the beach for the first catch of the day. Epic!
We are 5 minutes from Haleiwa town with restaurants, shopping, and more surf. 15 minutes to Waimea and Pipeline! In the other direction, there is world-class skydiving and Ka'ena Point where the albatross nest and the land gets rugged and remote. Perfect for hiking and learning about ancient Hawaiian history. There is even an old ruin of an ancient heiau temple in the forest 5 minutes away near the trailhead of Keālia.
