You couldn’t choose a more charming home base for your next beach getaway than this pretty, coral pink cottage. Perfectly situated on a quiet, dead end street, you’re steps from the bay and the sandy Gulf Coast beaches.
Inside, you’ll find an open, completely remodeled space, with new flooring, windows, and paint. New furnishings in a soothing blue and gray palette add to the relaxation factor. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast - or just a snack for the beach. "Grab a barstool at the kitchen island and dine together before heading out." The beach is moments away, and you’re an easy drive from Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island, St. Armands Circle, and Longboat Key.
When you return, relax in the updated central air-conditioning while you stream your favorite shows on the smart TV using your own accounts. If you’re stepping out for the evening, the restaurants and bars of Bridge Street are less than half a mile away. After a day at the beach (and the night at a beach bar), head home to your cozy nest to rest up for another perfect beach day tomorrow. The cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with a twin trundle bed, and the other with a king-sized bed."

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
