Coming to the DMV? Why not choose the cozy borough of Virginia- Falls church to be exact :) You'll love it! This house is a must-see gem in Falls Church right in the middle of DMV! Located 10 mins from the Largest upscale mall in VA Tyson's 1 & 2, 15 minutes from DC, 20 minutes from MD, the historical site of Old Town Alexandria, National Harbor and MGM casino & resorts. Is centrally located on Farragut Ave. Which boasts an eclectic mix of residential homes and local businesses.
Outgoing personality, hospitable and love to entertain
The neighborhood is a walking distance away from Seven Corners shopping centers with great restaurants, banks, cafe's, sports bars, department stores, you name it. For those that likes exclusive shopping, Tyson's Corner 1 & 2 malls are 10 mins ride away with all the high end name brands you can think of mixed with in and outdoor restaurants, cuisines, Lounges etc. If you're in to the outdoors, site seeing.. Catch the 15 mins ride to DC to the White House, Washington Monument, Abraham Lincoln memorial, World 11 war memorial, Museums etc. 20 mins to National Harbor water front for a night of adventure, next to it is the MGM Grand casino for a little gamble . You can catch a 10 mins ferry from National Harbor to the historical site of Old Town Alexandria, further ride out to Baltimore Harbor. Lots of fun activities to indulge in, boredom is out of luck. Make yourself at home
