NEWER 1 bed/1bath guest home located in beautiful Alpine. Includes a fully furnished living space, equipped kitchenette, Two Smart TVs, and WIFI. Extra large room with a super comfy Queen size bed. Full size bathroom with washer and dryer. Unit has A/C and heat. Parking is located on property. Wonderful neighbors and neighborhood. The entrance is completely private. Minutes to Viejas or the Sky Falconry. 🦅
I absolutely love communicating with people from all over! I have met so many cool people through renting out my place. I am a licensed realtor in San Diego and that keeps me very busy. Making client's dreams come true is so exciting. I love ALL animals and loathe any kind of abuse. We are the only voice they have. ALWAYS ADOPT!!! DON'T SHOP! : )
The home is on a cul-de-sac and very quiet. Upon pulling up, you will see the gorgeous Viejas Mountain. Many people love to hike up to the top. I did it once and it is breathtaking. Viejas Casino and the Outlet mall is only a few minutes away. Downtown Alpine offers many restaurants and LOTS of Mexican cuisine. My favorite is Tapatio's. At night, you will see so many stars.
