Welcome to “Alyce Retreat”, a secluded 2 story fully renovated townhouse with stunning wooded and lake views! Launch your paddleboard or kayak or a swim on this calm lake. It’s the ideal location to get in your car and go to golf courses, mountain bike trails, Crystal Bridges Museum and much more, but at the same time located in a quiet and delightful neighborhood that is nested by green vegetation, embraced by Lake Rayburn and outlooks to the great outdoor beauty that Bella Vista has to offer.

surrounded by wooded vegetation and a lake just steps away! It is located on Alyce Lane, Bella Vista, AR 72714, right off US-71B. It is the ideal location to get in your car and go sightseeing and explore or get a bite to eat, but at the same time located in a quiet and delightful neighborhood that is nested by green vegetation and embraced by Lake Rayburn The townhouse is located along a circle drive. Three townhouses share the parking but there is enough parking for at least 2 vehicles.
