Property information

This comfortable 1 bedroom has everything you need to live, work, and play in the absolute best location in Seattle. You are steps from the hustle and bustle of Capitol Hill, yet the Airbnb is tucked away in a quiet location so you can enjoy time off the town as well. This Airbnb is also located only two blocks from the Capitol Hill light rail station for easy access to/from the airport and any other nearby Seattle location! Your stay also includes a street parking pass you are welcome to use! **Note the following house rules must be abided to at all times** -Absolutely no smoking in the apartment, smoking will result in a 300 USD charge per day smoking occurs in the unit. -Losing the parking pass will result in a 450 USD charge. -Losing the keys will result in a 300 USD charge. -Late check out (unless agreed to previously by the host) will result in a charge of the following night's rate, plus 200 USD. -Bringing a pet without consent of the host will result in a 500 USD charge. -No excessive noise or partying, especially past 10 PM. Please respect my neighbors. If I receive a noise complaint you will be asked to leave the apartment without refund and you will receive a negative review. -Any indication of drug use will result in eviction and authorities being called.

Neighbourhood information

Capitol Hill is known for being the best place to stay in Seattle. An incredible array of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants are within easy walking distance of you, in addition to Cal Anderson park and numerous other Capitol Hill places! There is a light rail only two blocks away from the unit you can take if you are arriving from the airport. In addition the light rail can take you up to the U district, or the other direction downtown or to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. A street parking pass is included with your stay as well so you may park on the street if you have a car.
