A newly remodeled 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths (2023). There are 4 double and 2 single beds, full kitchen with kitchenette. It's spacious, almost 1,000 sq. ft. with a patio. It is on the top floor (17) of the building with free parking; very breezy and one block from the famous Waikiki beach; steps away from the zoo, park, restaurants, and supermarkets. We have almost everything you need.
. It can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably as follow. It is also just one short block walk to WAIKIKI beach.
* Living room: 1 queen-sofa bed with sheet blanket and pillows already folded inside and a single pull-out chair bed.
*Main bedroom: 1 king size bed.
*Large Master bedroom: 2 queen-size beds, a single pull-out chair bed, and a baby crib if need. Includes portable folding bed frames with thick mattress.
* All your beach gear (such as beach chairs, boogie hugs, baby float jackets, and umbrellas) located by the second entrance door in order to avoid dust buildup throughout the room.
* Each room includes a new, quiet air conditioner to keep you cool or you may open the doors and windows to have access to breezy trade winds all year round.
*The kitchen includes all kitchenware that you can use such as the rice cooker, coffee machine, quick portable boiler, dishwasher, toaster, coffee grinder, and blender. It also includes plenty of napkins, paper towels, toilet paper rolls, bath towels and hand towels---enough to supply all guests.
* This condo has a fast, free internet that is ready to be used. The TV also has Netflix provided for you.
*There is one 70in TV in the living room and a 65in TV in the bedrooms
*When you lock the hallway door, this two-bedroom unit can turn into two separate units--a studio and a one-bedroom unit.
* Hair dryer, ironing board, wagon, baby high chair, a crib.

The property is located centrally at the heart of Waikiki and Prince Edward St. It is close by to the famous shopping mall called International Market, many shopping brands, and restaurants. You can discover the zoo and the aquarium and take a walk along the Kapiolani Park; get some fresh air just right down the street. There is easy access to everywhere by bus in front of the building. It is easy walk to beaches as well. You can get food supply delivery through supermarkets and several restaurants by DoorDash.

Guest Access:
Guests can access to assigned lockboxes and have key fobs to enter the building and door at lobby. When entering the unit, will be by keypad. Also, the building has on-site resident manager.
Parking:
We will provide you the remote opener for parking garage entry.

The building has live cameras 24/7 on all share access locations, and security stay on duty all night long to keep the building and the people safe.
