Located at the northern end of Rockport, in the highly-desirable area known as "The Avenues," this spacious, two-story rental features several large gathering areas (including a furnished, back sunroom with an ocean view), two river rock fireplaces (one gas and one wood-burning), a well-equipped, full kitchen, and a large, grassy back yard with a slate patio at the water's edge.

While visiting kayakers and strong swimmers can enter the water right in your own back yard, there are easier launching spots just down the street. Take a scenic hike along the historic Atlantic Path (accessible right in front of the home) that takes you south along the coast, over Sea Rocks boulders, and down to Cathedral Avenue. The adorable seaside town of Rockport is only three miles south where you'll find several restaurants, shops, galleries, museums, and the stunning Shalin Liu Performance Center. And for additional fun in and on the water, don't miss Back Beach, Front Beach, and Old Garden Beach, all within four miles of this home.
