Our painted lady, Victorian home is an elegant bed and breakfast that lets you step back in time. We are nestled in a little, “sleepy hollow”.
Each room is furnished with antiques and personality pieces. Each one has its own private sitting area and attached bathroom. Plus, there are lots of shared spaces too. It’s more like coming home, than staying in a hotel.
Check yourself in with a coded lock on the front door and private lockers that give you access to your room key and a set of notes that include wifi passcodes and such.
Little extras, including shared spaces like a snack room with on-demand coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave make us even more special. And, don't forget the homemade breakfast prepared just for you each day of your stay!
We have beautiful grounds – over four acres for you to enjoy, with century old trees and a picturesque gazebo. You’ll find plenty of spots to enjoy the view. From the front porch you can watch the world go by. Or tuck away with a book and a cup of coffee on the side of the house, or around back or in the gazebo. Porches, porches! So many porches.
We’d love for you to stay with us! Make our home your home in NW Arkansas.

We are very rural! If you drive in from NW Arkansas National Airport (XNA), a short 14 miles, there is a whopping total of one signal light. You’ll get to appreciate a few curves in the road, see some fields, maybe a cow or a horse two, as well as a sprinkling of woods and perhaps some wildlife along the way!
But don’t let our small size fool you! We have a lot going on in the area! From major corporations like McKee (Little Debbie), Lazy Boy, Simmons, and Day Spring to John Brown University, and beautiful, natural attractions like parks, walking trails, bird watching areas and nature preserves. Just a short drive away you’ll find attractions like the University of Arkansas (41 minutes with no traffic - Wooo Pigs) and world renowned - Crystal Bridges Museum. You’ll also find the headquarters for giants like Walmart, J.B. Hunt and Tyson Food. You can enjoy all the conveniences of major cities - from great restaurants, music venues, and parks, to shopping, and more while you stay in a historic, scenic setting.
