Our property features lime washed walls, a premium design choice that enhances the character and charm of the home. Limewashing is a centuries-old finishing technique that uses a natural lime-based paint to create a soft, textured look with subtle color variations. Unlike standard paints, limewash develops a natural patina over time, resulting in a timeless and elegant aesthetic. This process is expensive and labor-intensive, making it a carefully chosen upgrade that elevates the overall ambiance of the property. Guest access: Whole home and beach access. For groups with young children we suggest exploring Malibu's beaches like Carbon Beach, Zuma and Point Dume. Since this villa is managed by us you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer.
