Renovated antique adobe with artistic elements and modern amenities. Central to many interesting sites, restaurants and shops in a quiet neighborhood. I travel a lot and like to make the comfortable home environments that I want to rest in. I enjoy the flavors of many cultures and updated this original 1930s adobe to modern comfort with the Southwest Mexican flare. I value uniqueness and see beauty as contrast in harmony. My wish is for everyone to experience peace, pleasure and joy, which is an internal mindset, yet, I facilitate that balance through providing a cozy environment.

The area is called Chiwuawuasita - little Chiwuawua which is a town in northern Mexico. The area was originally established by Mexican workers who came for jobs with the railroad development an ranches. They built their homes, adobes, from the claylike dirt of the property. The adobe bricks make thick walls, which work as very effective insulation to the hot days and cold nights of the desert. Alamogordo was founded by north easterners establishing a railway system for the west. The museums, only blocks away from the adobe, show a rich history of the area. The adobe Catholic church is across the street. The divine mother statue looks upon the house adding to the comforting energy of the home. The brewery, shops and grocery are walking distance. CAPPED, a holistic healing center, is 2 blocks away. I recommend visiting the worlds largest classical labyrinth, Trinity Turtle Park, that the founder of CAPPED orchestrated for the purpose of bringing balance and health to all who walk it.
