The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood located on neighborhood off of Oglethorpe Ave developed in the 1960's. ACTIVITIES, DINING, DRINKS: - Athens Farmer Market (0.7 miles) - Downtown Athens (1.9 miles) - Sanford Stadium (3.7 miles) - University Golf Course (2.0 miles) - Athens Memorial Park (3.2 miles) - Sandy Creek Park ( 6.9 miles) - Athens Country Club (2.3 miles) There are some things that you could walk to without much trouble. There is also a bus route nearby that loops around Athens. Uber and Lyft are also very accessible.
