With two fully remodeled bathrooms, brand new hot tub and updates throughout the home, you'll love watching the birds in the trees and the starry skies.
TEMPORARY CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any reservation for future dates, reserved now through June 1st, will allow penalty-free cancellations up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours:
The maximum occupancy is 6 people. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please drive slowly and help us maintain good neighbor relations.
Parking:
There is parking for 2 cars parked in the driveway and 1 car on the street. Street parking is scarce and the garage is not available for parking. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.
