Welcome to Watercolor, Florida! Located in the very heart of the resort, "Avé 30A" overlooks all the best that Watercolor Resort has to offer, to include its prestigious, newly renovated Beach Club. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located just above the shops at Watercolor Town Center, and is within walking distance to the Beach Club, restaurants, the fitness center and nearby Seaside. Inside this corner unit is a spacious living area that opens to the wrap around porch, which offers added living and dining space. The kitchen is small, but well-appointed and is located just off the dining area. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen bedroom and a shared bath.
