This entire community is professionally managed with a service team on-site 7 days a week to support you during your stay! Convenient location in the River Arts District providing access to some of the area's best dining, shopping and entertainment. AVE Tampa is a 10 min walk to the University of Tampa and a 5-minute ride to Amelie Arena and the Tampa Convention Center. This central location provides easy access to neighboring cities St. Pete, Clearwater, Brandon and Riverview.
