Substantially renovated, this house in Newport Beach sports new paint, flooring, bathroom fixtures, and furniture, all while granting a glimpse into the endless summer thanks to a prime location right on the canal! This lovely home boasts a spacious, furnished patio that is great for lounging in the sun and watching the dock waters. Indoors, the full kitchen will allow you to make culinary delights. There is seating at the breakfast bar and the charming dining space is perfect for family-style meals. Comfortable furnishings also await - settle into these and watch TV with Netflix streaming as a respite from the heat. This house is a quick drive or bike ride from Newport Beach and the pier, as well as an assortment of restaurants and shops. More fun awaits a little farther down the Balboa Peninsula at the Balboa Fun Zone, while Huntington Beach is just a short drive west. Disneyland is also within easy driving distance for the amusement park lovers in your group! Please be aware that there will be construction activity next door during your stay, starting June 2025 till October 2026. The hours of this will be 7 Am-6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. We appreciate your understanding, as this is outside of Vacasa's or the owner's control THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). A Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is charged to guests, which is 10%. The garage has a charger for electric cars. This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer or air-conditioning. An air mattress available for additional sleeping space. You are not allowed to keep your boat at the dock, though you are welcome to walk on it and enjoy the view (During the summer months, the dock will be used on the weekends by friends and family of the Homeowner).
