The home is located in a small lakeside neighborhood called Barefoot Bay. There is a community pool along with a kayak and paddleboard access point next to the pool. The homes are very close together in the neighborhood. Note there is an older neighborhood outside the community gate. Parking is limited, you can fit 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage.
