Barkley Breeze welcomes you with full waterfront views year round. Enjoy our kayaks, bring your boat to our private dock, or rent one from Eddy Creek Marina straight across the creek. This 3 bedroom 3 full bath home features 2 open concept living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside you’ll find a huge wrap around deck with a gas grill, gazebo, and a screened in porch. Eddyville, Grand Rivers, and Princeton are close for restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
We purchased Barkley Breeze in June 2024 and look forward to making family memories there for years to come. We hope you love Barkley Breeze as much as we do, and make your own family memories. We have tried to provide everything you need to be comfortable and safe during your stay. Eddy creek marina is right across the water for boat launch, fuel, and all things boating. We enjoy going to the shows at Badgett Playhouse and visiting local eateries like Patti's Settlement, The Joint, Pagliais Pizza, and TJ Lawsons. In the summer kids will love Venture River Water Park just up the road in Eddyville. For shopping Princeton has a super WalMart and several other retail outlets. There is lots of adventure to be had a short drive from Barkley Breeze!
