Relax in a cool, private home just a short walk from the beach. This home's backyard firepit is perfect for relaxing around after a fun day of sun and surf, as is the lanai at the back of the home that also functions as a second living room. Grill up something tasty on the private gas grill, and prep side dishes to enjoy in the full kitchen inside. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable throughout the night. The private washer/dryer can take on the towels from the day, while you kick back and relax on the hammock. This home's nautical decor might inspire several beach trips during your visit, and there's plenty of space to rest when you get back. Walk just a half mile to the west and you'll reach the sugary beach! There are several beach access points along the coastline, but this one is by far the closest. If you're interested in learning more about the animals of the local ocean, Clearwater Marine Aquarium (which also works as a wildlife rehabilitation center) is just under seven miles away. Enjoy a different kind of fun in the sun at Splash Harbour Water Park, just two-and-a-half miles from the home. If you're looking for further adventure, guests can visit the Dali Museum and interact with pieces by some of the world's most famous artist 22 miles away. The city of Tampa and its many attractions lies just 29-and-a-half miles from this home. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Snowbird friendly. Access and features for guests with limited mobility. Beach towels, beach cart, and water sports gear are provided for guest use. Please note that the the ice maker is loud! We recommend pulling the arm up at night to turn it off, so no one sleeping on the sofabed is disturbed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
