Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located townhouse. Close to everything including the beach, the Newport Peninsula, 17th Street, Triangle Square, bars and restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, UCI, OCC, Disneyland, Legoland, etc. You name it, it's close.
I am a local host and available to assist you at any time during your stay. I grew up in Oklahoma and have lived in Newport Beach since 1997 so I have a lot of local knowledge. Feel free to ask me about what to do, where to go, etc. and I will be happy to share my experience and knowledge.
There is no better location than this Eastside Heights neighborhood. You are close to EVERYTHING! Easily walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. A little over a mile to the Newport Peninsula. Bike rentals, Ride Share (Uber and Lyft) and tons of other amenities are all readily available.
