This penthouse top floor unit offers some of the best views and best location in the complex. It is part of the second (newer) building which has upgraded amenities and an elevator! There are only four penthouse (top floor) new building units that have extra high 10ft ceilings. Our penthouse is a corner unit. We have appointed it the way we would like homes we stay in appointed. It has everything you need for an incredible family vacation or romantic get away!
We are avid travelers. In 2017 the developer of this condo complex offered to sell us his personal condo and we couldn't refuse. Since then we have also purchased this second corner unit penthouse condo on the same floor. We were engaged in Kona and have been coming to this magical island for years. Kona offers some of the best water activities in the world and still has that Hawaiian village feel! We currently live in California but hope to make the Big Island of Hawaii our permanent home some day. If there is anything we can do to make your stay in Kona more enjoyable, please reach out to us anytime. We have lots of experience with what to do and how to spend your time and would be happy to offer our suggestions.
Our condo is located at one of the best snorkeling beaches in all of the Hawaiian Islands. Kahaluu Beach Park is known for its amazing snorkeling and underwater life with over 100 species of tropical fish and turtles. We have never seen so many turtles on a consistent basis as we have at this beach. THIS IS A SNORKLERS PARADISE... ideal for the novice to intermediate snorkeler as most of the area is neck deep calm waters with some spots about 10 feet deep, perfect for exploring the nooks and crannies where all the wonderful sea life reside. The beach park itself includes shady palm trees, restrooms, showers, BBQ's, an event pavilion, and food trucks. This beach and its facilities are literally just steps away from the condo.
