Beach Gem is fully furnished, newly renovated, oceanfront, 3 bedroom, single family home located in historic Gloucester built in 1950. A sunroom with glass doors includes patio furniture with a full-sized washer and dryer that walks out to the deck overlooking a nice large backyard and ocean. Kitchen with spacious cabinets and granite countertops, electric glass top stove, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all ceramic/porcelain tiled. The bedrooms and hallway have hardwood flooring. There is a 55" smart tv in the living room. Bedroom #1 has a twin bed with chest, and closet. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin sized beds with chest and closet. Master bedroom (aka bedroom #3) has a queen sized bed and a 43" smart tv, dresser with mirror, door mirror, and 2 closets. Bedrooms have portable fans. Large air conditioner window unit in living room. Parking is available for 2 cars and possibly more.
