Company information

We are both NC natives who grew up looking forward to annual family vacations to the NC beaches. We chose Carolina Beach for for its natural beauty, vibrancy, fun-filled event calendar, and proximity to Wilmington NC. We both work in the Real Estate industry here in the Wilmington Area while also managing our Real Estate Team in Raleigh, NC. We are available at anytime. This condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Within a few blocks there are fishing charters, shops, restaurants, bars, festivals, events, and other attractions that make this a year round destination. The condo faces the ocean with a public beach access right across the street.

Walk! You can walk to most anything in Carolina Beach from this location. The boardwalk is two blocks away. Beach Access across the street. Fishing Charters available across the street on the other side. Over a dozen shops, restaurants, & bars, are within walking distance.
