Whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with tile countertops, quality appliances, and a breakfast bar for three.
When it's time to eat, gather at the six-top dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story condo sleeps up to 10 guests between the three bedrooms and a futon in the living area. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries.
The tranquil master suite is outfitted with a queen bed and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable. The newly remodeled en-suite master bathroom features beautiful tile and a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin bed, and 30in flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. A full bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Sip a cold beverage on the balcony at the bistro table. Or make use of the gas barbeque grill and host an afternoon cookout.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage. One additional space may be available in the outdoor lot on a first-come, first-served basis.
A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
