Beautifully furnished and offers views of both the ocean and the intracoastal. Enjoy huge decks to watch dolphins play in the ocean or see the boats going up and down the intracoastal. You will receive your door code for the building and the unit by noon the day of check-in. Garage parking fob will be in the unit for you to retrieve. We are a family-owned small local company. We highly recommend a vehicle to get around town Parking includes one spot in the garage, there is limited guest parking onsite. During major event weeks parking can be difficult for more than one car and you may have to park at at paid lot in town. Please note that the pool area was damaged during the hurricanes and repairs have not been completed. Beach access is on the side of the building.
