With one bedroom and one bath, this unit sleeps four and is located on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinets. If you get chilly, enjoy the electric fireplace in the living room. The patio offers a view of the beautifully landscaped grounds.

Restaurants include upscale casual Café Thirty-A, Brozinni Pizza, and Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House.
