I absolutely LOVE the Lowcountry area and have been a resident here since 2009. You have Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head areas all within a close drive to each other and very unique experiences! My favorite activity is to just get out and explore everything the area offers with my Husband Robert and our sons Robbie and Henry.

Almost directly across the street to the gated entrance to Parris Island for Marine Corps Graduation Ceremonies. NO ACCESS - the community next door to the right with which we share a driveway called the Village at Battery Creek is OFF LIMITS to guests. This includes the pool, the firepit, the dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas. Please respect this rule as we don't want to upset the owners next door. BOAT DOCK - this is private for the complex next door and is off limits behind a gated keypad. If you wish to bring a small boat and trailer, you can park on site (limited availability) for an extra fee (Max 7 Days) BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE before your arrival. You MUST let us know so we can check availability. There is a public boat launch - Parris Island Boat Landing - next door. This is a very quiet, small condominium complex. For many owners, it's a weekend retreat. I have to keep the neighbors happy with my offering of this beautiful spot, which is why I have had to set the policy of no pets, no children under 12 and no parties. Please respect these rules.
