The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, washer and dryer in condo, and TVs in each room. Centrally located near all of Orlando’s area Major Attractions. Within a few minutes drive of Mall at Millenia, high-end luxury shops, and fine dining, and Universal Studios. 10-to-20-minute drive to Sea World\Aquatica and Disney World. Located in a gated community, on the first floor. See a video walk through on Centauri Vacation Rentals web site or youtube channel.
The neighborhood is an ethnically-diverse area with mixed cultures. It's a pleasantly quiet area with the occasional sound of children playing outside in the late afternoon or the faint sounds of music from our neighbors. The condo isn't located on a main street which eliminates the noise of busy traffic. It is located behind the security gates, the community is under 24/7 video surveillance. Security patrols the neighborhood from 3 PM to 7 AM, during normal business hours the association monitors the video and provides maintenance to the community.
