Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this cute and cozy home located perfectly in Orlando. You'll be in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance from all of downtown College Park's charming boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, and parks. You'll also be less than a 10 min drive from downtown Orlando and a 20-25 min drive from Orlando's theme parks.
I am always reachable via the Airbnb app. Though I will not physically be there to greet you, I am always just a quick text/call away. I also have help very close by if there is a need for something to be taken care of in person.
College Park is one of the most sought after neighborhoods to live in Orlando. It offers a small town feel while allowing you to experience urban living in the vibrant city of Orlando. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants as well as several cute local shops. College Park is also known for its beautiful parks and lakes. Though the theme parks are not far away, you get to skip out on the touristy feel and immerse yourself in Orlando's true culture. One of my favorite things about this home is how easy it is to walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. There is also a grocery store (Publix) within walking distance and in this beautiful neighborhood, you'll want to explore on foot. Parking for the home is simple, there is a large driveway in which 3 cars can easily fit (though only 1-2 cars is preferred). There is also free street parking available.
