Hi, Thanks so much for booking! I hope you enjoy the stay! There are 4 parking passes for the unit. Two pink unit passes and two green guest passes. The two pink unit passes are for right out front of the townhouse. The two green passes are for the overflow lot by the dumpsters. Please make sure the passes are clearly displayed in all vehicles or they can be ticketed and/or towed. Please be sure to return the parking passes upon check out. Please throw all trash in the dumpsters or it can incur a fine by the HOA. NO outdoor fires are permitted. Use of the bbq grill is allowed. Quiet hours are from 11p-8am. A list of complete community rules can be found on the refrigerator. Access to the beautiful Boulder Lake Club is included with the rental (separate fee is required for daily, weekend, or weekly passes). The property is located in the Big Boulder Lake and Ski area. It is a short drive to many area attractions like Pocono Raceway, Lake Harmony, Kalahari Resort, Camelback, the beautiful town of Jim Thorpe, casinos, and much more! Be sure to check out Boulder View Tavern which is a 3-minute drive from the townhouse.
