Beautifully updated private home, ideal for short-term executives or traveling for work. Situated in a beautiful neighbourhood, with a public park nearby, and close to walking/biking/running trails. Eclectic style, hard flooring throughout, full kitchen with seating plus dining room, bright, well-lit and spacious. Skylights, lots of windows, two large living areas with couches and seating. Sliding glass doors to large backyard with fire pit. Master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom w/shower. Second bedroom with queen bed. Third room outfitted as an office with desk, lamp, bookshelf, chair. Full bathroom with tub, washer/dryer, large vanity. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV to stream your favourite shows. Driveway parking (shared).
