Steps away from one of California's prettiest beaches. This is a special place; a truly serene beach setting within a few hundred feet of a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment, close to the Harbor and Pier and a couple of minutes from Highway 101. This is a 1st floor 3 bdrm., 2 bath property loaded with amenities including a Back Yard area with Large Spa, Fire Pit, etc., electric Bikes (ride at your own risk - 18 and over) and more.
I've been dreaming that I would have a B&B on the beach since childhood, then AirBNB came along and made it a reality. This property is still my vacation home when its not booked. I strive to make it unique and state of the art. I hope you like it as much as I do.
The Pierpont Beach Neighborhood in Ventura has a laid back, beachy vibe, packed with small restaurants and other amenities including a dueling piano bar. With the introduction of new hotels and developments the area is rapidly becoming a destination.
