Denise's background has always been hospitality and since she is a luxury Travel Advisor, the work and the detail that shows brightly at the properties she advertises. She specifically chooses properties that will lend the amenities she is looking for when she books her own Clients.

Our Properties are unique because they are managed by the Owner, a cohost, a housekeeper , local manager and People who are around the area to lend a helping hand in case we need it. We maintain and update the property constantly because the Family that owns the Property stays there as well and we want it to feel like a real home and not just some property use for rentals only. The Neighborhood is in the Western part of North Carolina. It is a pristine village of mountain tops, golf, quaint bars, pubs, restaurants and even some fun gold mining. The rolling green hills bring protected wild life to our area for your viewing right off of the decks!
