Victorian mini-mansion right in the thick of it. A short walk to downtown, Brady St, Fiserv Forum, Lakefront Brewery, Water St. , Milwaukee Riverwalk, The Hop (free trolley), and many restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops, and grocery stores. This 6 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath turn-of-the-century (the one before last) beauty has been lovingly restored to keep it's original charm while providing modern amenities. You'll feel like one of the early Beer Barons who used to own this home!
I'm an easy going man, married for more than 30 years, father of 4 boys. My wife, Magalis, is from Dominican Republic, where we met during college. I was raised 3 blocks to the north of where we live now on the East Side of Milwaukee. We lived for about 5 years in New York City, where #2 son was born. We moved back to Milwaukee before the kids began school. They are all grown up and out of the house, leaving us some space to rent out as AirBnb. I live nearby, so I'm available if needed. Otherwise I won't be coming by.
This is on the north end of downtown. 3 blocks from Fiserv Forum. 1 Block from the old Italian neighborhood of Brady St. 1 block from the Milwaukee River and it's Riverwalk. 2 blocks from Lakefront Brewery (bit of a misnomer since it's on the riverfront). Across the street from Milwaukee's only 5-star restaurant, Sanford. dozens of other restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc.. All within walking distance. This is the most convenient neighborhood in the city. It is on the North end of downtown and all the city's attractions can be accessed on foot or a short Uber/Lyft ride, or the Hop, Milwaukee's free downtown trolley service (1 block away.)
