Lovely multi-generational family estate with several homes and Bayside waterfront access. The gated estate has natural landscaping with native plants and hidden treasures to view as you walk from the house to the waterfront. Kayaks are available for free use. Please follow all Coast Guard waterways rules. You must wear a life jacket and return before dark. Absolutely no fishing of any kind on property. Please purchase your fishing licenses and follow all FWC rules when fishing off property. A boat is permitted with pre-approval for a center console with 4 ft draft max and 30 ft lenght max. You must provide your own bumpers and ropes. Absolutely no smoking on property. Guests may bring pets with special pre-approval and must stay in the main house. Please inform the owner and inquire on rules for pets. Hepa-filters throughout. Fabrics are frequently steam cleaned. Concrete and tile flooring on the main level, carpet and tile upstairs. Children under 13 may not stay upstairs. Room 3 has a playpen with bassinet, infant bath, and twin fold out bed for families. High chair and dishes available. This is a 2 story home with stairs throughout. This is not ADA compliant as it is a private residence. Upstairs has a kitchette, livingroom with 2 twin sofa pull-out beds and a Queen bed as a studio suite including a private bathroom with shower. Main floor has spacious kitchen and living room. 3 bedroom with king beds and 2 bathrooms with showers. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms within the home. This allows for 8 couples and 3 singles plus a baby. We rent this for 10 adults, two additional children are permitted to stay in room 3. Please notify us if there will be children under age 13. All guests must be named. If children are listed their ages are required as well. Please read the guest guide/House Rules prior to arrival.

This property has been owned by the Bennett's since the 60's and has been a wonderful place to grow up. The owners have been world traveling professional Ballroom dancers. They owned their own local dznce school until retiring and began renting the property in part. Dance lessons may be available. The owners enjoy meeting others and sharing the beauty of the Florida keys with others. They thank you for your interest in their estate and invite you to experience the beauty with them.

This is a large estate with neighboring large estates. This is a quiet location and centrally located between Key Largo and Islamorada. Restaurants within walking distance. Jacob's Aquatic Center is a great spot for swimmers of all ages and skill levels from zero entry to high dive to Olympic lap lanes. The African Queen boat is located near by. Many art galleries are a short drive away. The largest grouping is across from World Wide Sportsman. Local Winery and Brewery are a short drive away. Natural beaches are hard to come by on the coral islands. Anne's Beach is a favorite free spot with boardwalks and views. Bahia Honda or John Pennekamp State Parks offer many features in addition to swimming. Many chartered Sport and Backcountry fishing choices are available throughout the Keys. Paid tours of the Bayside and Mangroves are available on and off property.
