Property information

Completely renovated 1905 family farmhouse on 7.5 acres of apple orchard. The property was a quarter horse farm until 1976. The Farmhouse has a fully equipped kitchen and large island, your family will have plenty of room to congregate, plan the day ahead and then reconvene for a recap of the day with all the amenities of home. Featuring 3 well-appointed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry room and a large wrap around farmers porch, this property will be the centerpiece of your families White Mountain memories.

This lovely home is conveniently located only minutes from Franconia Notch off I-93 between exits 39 and 40, just 3 miles north of Franconia Village, 5 miles northwest of Sugar Hill and the world-famous Polly's Pancake Parlor as well as Harman's Cheese and Country Store. It is 3 miles south of Littleton with lots of shopping and of course, Chutter's candy store with the world's longest candy counter. The property is 15 minutes north of Cannon Mountain.
